High Country Volleyball Club

High Country Volleyball Club is the longest standing club in the Intermountain Region. We can proudly say that we produced the highest number of athletes to secure college scholarships and go on to play in college teams as well as athletes who went on to play in Olympics.

OUR MISSION

We feel strongly that participation in elite sport builds character and teaches GRIT, TEAMWORK, CHARACTER and FOCUS. At HIC we expect all our athletes to meet the 3 C’s of excellence: Classroom, Court, and Community. Our end goal is to develop quality people who make winning LIFE teams! Along with athletic development, we focus on empowering youth to learn leadership skills that they will use long after their volleyball career is over. We build up our players to eliminate self-doubt and believe in themselves and their teammates.

Under leadership of USA Certified Technical Director Kim Norman, we apply High Performance USA Volleyball coaching principles with all of our athletes. Our club is sized just right to ensure ideal player-to-coach ratio where each member will be able to get personal attention. Serious athletes receive one-on-one college recruiting guidance.
